  I have an older pond - about 20 years. The technology and layout are not the same as what would be done now. I've had 2 previous maintenance companies who did the basic job and let their prices climb astronomically, finally not bothering to answer my repeated calls for spring service. (Pond cleaning/maintenance is an in-demand service. It's not that easy to find someone to do it unless they install your pond too.) Then I found Jeff and Illinois Water Features. What a relief - someone who looks me in the eye and spends time explaining what needs to be done, someone who carefully considers the unique problems and configurations of your water feature and isn't put off if it's not what he prefers to work with. Jeff cleaned and maintained my pond all during the 2016 season (about April through November) and as others have said, the pond never looked cleaner and prettier. He showed up every month for maintenance and helped me deal with a broken pump that was still under warranty. He's available to answer questions by phone or text - as his business grows, I hope he continues to do that! It's what makes people feel comfortable and happy with the service. Jeff & crew just opened my pond for the 2017 season and everything looks great! Thanks guys and well done!
